| This flowering crabapple derives it's name from it's flowers; from pale pink buds open sugar-white, fragrant flowers. Total sweetness! Red persistent fruit follows on this very disease resistant variety. It's a bit smaller than some other flowering crabs, topping out at less than 20' tall and 15' wide, so if an oval form patio tree with fragrant white blooms is what's desired, Sugar Tyme would be a nice selection. |
