Skid steer on sidewalk

I spent the better part of the morning in the truck this morning and my mind began to think about snow. When I hire out my skid steer and operator for sidewalk clearing this winter should I expect to hear alot of bellyaching from property managers about leaving black marks on the white sidewalks or does the snow provide enough slip to prevent marking up sidewalks?

Digin, I have found that the operator makes a difference along with how new the walks are. Newer walks seem to have the most marks on them, seems the sharper groves from the broom finish wear tires faster. Add in a operator that wants to make tight turns adds a bit more to the damage.

I have found that the little skiff of snow left by the bucket protects the side walk from tire marks.
