Good plow tires

Picked up some Dayton Timberline M/T tires for plowing. Used them for the first time on Thursday/Friday. Worked great. 235/85-16E. I'd recommend them if you're shopping tires.

Nice

My 95 pickup I put on Pep Boys off road tires when I got rims for it some years back.............probably in 97........2003 I put on a new set. Surprising, a realy nice tire for plowing and year round driving and tread wear is rather good............best part is the price.........2003 I had replaced all 4 and still paid less than $90 each with mounting and balance..

My 05 I am gonna run through this season with the factory m/s

I*M a New Bee to ground work as I*M a Retired long haul Trucker & Tires I KNOW!!--Brand Names don*t mean much to ME! Tire Design Does! I suggest when Buying especially SNOW Tires to Look streight Down on the Tread Design--as theBEST Snow tires will have a small TAPER to the Tread Design--a liitle Bit smaller at the TOP of the Tread--as Tires do RUN a bit Warmer that the SNOW they Run In--Heat from Flexing!--& heres Why I refer to the Tread Design--a Tapered tread will Clean Itself on every Rotaion & Give your Tapered Treaded Tires the BEST Traction Possible--a Warning!--all Square treaded Tires will fill UP w/ SNOW & You will loose a lot of Traction! its as Simple as That! & most Aggresive Treaded tires Make a Lot of NOISE! Esprecially the Square Treaded Ones!--just Thought You Ought to Know! I hope? this HELPS! Ole JIM
