Assistance on a Water Feature
We've designed a water feature to be built integrated with a raised patio we're doing for a client. This is a free-standing "sheet waterfall" for lack of a better term , to be constructed out of Unilock Brussels Dimensional stone or equivalent. (See attached - please excuse my horrendous use of perspective...) It's about 4' high.
Does anyone know who might offer a kit for an installation like this (weir, plumbing, pump, etc.)? And I also need some insight on how best to conceal the plumbing running up the back to keep it out of sight, but also serviceable. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Not knowing anything else about the landscape other than what's there, you might hide the pump housing "behind" the waterfall, and then use some plantings to mask whatever additional housing is used to hide the pump.
As for the falls - I do hope you're planning on pouring a footing below the frost line. Otherwise, I'd probably measure the time to failure on that by my Far Side cartoon-a-day calendar.
This looks like it's going to be a pretty custom job, so I don't think you'll find a kit, though making something yourself should not be that difficult.
I think the limiting factor here is going to be room. I'm not sure there'll be enough inside of that structure to do much. If I were building this, I'd think about some sort of manifold to spread the water at the top to spill over the weir, and use a single stone as the weir, not multiple Brussels block. I would handle filtration at or near the pump, and keep it relatively simple.

That's my brother's company- any time I design a water feature, I go to him and he palletizes everything I need and dropships it to me. While there's not a "kit" per se, he can pull together all the components you'll need so all you have to do is unwrap the pallet and start gluing and clamping.
Is there going to be a concealed reservoir, like a grate over a basin concealed below what's shown in the sketch? Is the sheer going to be perched on a wall that's one block or two blocks think?

Looks like a fun project. I dont think you will find a kit for such a job, kits are usually overpriced and limiting anyway. I would recomend an external pump if you have a spot outside the feature for a small Chrisy box below grade. Submersible pumps in small raised fountains are hard to hide and can make maitenance a hassle. I have seen some cool pre-fab wiers that look pretty easy to install, such as this one Pond Bio Waterfalls / Filterfalls Scroll down to the Atlantic color falls at the bottom of the page. I dont know about the color part, but it looks like a solid wier.

check out Jandy.com for a water fall. They work nicely but are expensive - 350 dollars or so. Like stonehenge I would put the pump in a cavity behind the waterfall structure. You could leave an opening at the bottom for water to travel thru.
How are you going to hide the liner? Is it exposed on the inside or do you plan to stack rocks or something to hide it? Just wondering.

Your best bet is to use a Savio WaterFall box, it has a 22" opening and a lowprofile design so that you can place blocks over the waterfall opening to hide the weir, another option is PondMaster just came out with a waterfall box that has a light built into its waterfall weir which would give you a cool effect,but I'm not sure how to hide it..are you going on fill the basin with rock??...or leave empty?...
This is basicly a pondless waterfall..as for filter I would go with a Pondmaster 2000 with or without the U.V ligt depending on how much sunlight..as for the pump, something in the 2000-2500gph range would work just fine...remember to use large diameter PVC hosing for the best effect..

Google < weir > there are a lot of companies that will either have something the size you need or be able to put something together, in either copper or stainless
