Commercial Work?

I know that I have asked the same question in the past, but what are the best ways to not only land commercial jobs, but find the jobs to bid on. I have a handle on the numbers game, I just need help on where to look and what to do when I find them (what to send them).

I would like to get into the basic cleanup of mulching, edging, mowing, etc.
