Where to get employees?

I am having a problem finding workers. Can somebody suggest a way to advertise or to find workers?

Tell all your vendors you are looking for someone, offer referral bonuses to your current employees, online classifieds, local paper, job signs with "now hiring " posted, educational institutions that offer hort programs, etc...

I am also having issues finding some (legal) workers. If you have any luck please let me know. I will do the same.

Ditto above!!

If you find a supply of competent workers, you will have solved the biggest problem in this industry!

Add me to this list. My best laborer just left today for a painting firm.

He said no hard labor, and a 3$ hour raise was hard to consider. Not.

Here's a suggestion.....while your guys are working for you, ask them if they know of any buddies who are interested in a job. Don't ask the labourers that suck....ask the good ones!

I think the problem is getting those first worthwhile employees. If you are starting with none, it's hard to demonstrate that you are a good employer.
