Adding additional services??

I am currently in my 2nd year of owning my own lawn care/landscaping business but have just went full-time this year. I love the work and business has been good but I was wondering if I should look into adding additional services (concrete edging, irrigation, etc.) to help make up for the off-season?? I am the owner/operator of the business but I do not have any employees. I have enough lawn care accounts and then I have a couple of landscaping jobs lined up but the services I offer are pretty much the same as every other landscaper in the area and with being new to owning a business I want to make sure to come out ok at the end of the year. Their are only a couple of landscaping companies that offer irrigation or concrete curbing so I was wondering if it would be worth looking into. (training & equipment) Also in Illinois we can get maybe 8-9 months of work out of a year but i was wondering what other people have done to help make up for the off-season? Any leads would be great!!

Lanelle is on a distinguished road
Irrigation and landscape lighting are good options and, of course, snow removal fills in the winter lull. Just say no to the concrete curbing......
