Weed and Seed

I started my business about seven months ago. So far things are going very well. I work with a design/build guy and the majority of my work comes through him. We are in the process of focusing our work around stonework, metalwork, pathways, ie. hardscaping. We are turning away from maintainence, irrigation, plantings. My question is, what are effective ways to "project" this attitude towards clients? My second question is, do you live in a community where there are a lot of second home owners? I am encountering more and more of these folks who only visit their home a couple of weeks out of the year. Most of homes are not landscaped per se, but these people want or need quite a bit of hardscaping done. We just finished 80 feet of drystack for a second home who just about washed away last winter. In 2005, home prices jumped 40% here in one year. I'm hoping that folks will take out a second on their home for improvements.
