Muddy - Are you familiar with any of the products already out there? Do you know what you want your focus to be?

Two of the largest pond kit mfg's in the world are in your state - I'd start with those for pond kits.

check out www.cascadelighting.com they will have any type of low voltage or higher light you want. They also carry christmas and seasonal lights. I like to use Discount Pond Supplies for any water feature products. I dont know If you are going to carry seed or not , but environmental seed producers out of cal. have an awsome selection of wildflowers and more.
hope this helps.
