Alternatives to Illegal Aliens

I'm new in the business and I don't have steady work yet. I can't afford to hire full-time employees and so when I need help I pick up some "amigos" at the local job lot. I'd rather use legal American citizens, but I don't know where to get good temporary help for landscaping work. Can anyone offer any helpful advice?

If you're really looking for temp work, not temp to eventually become full time, consider hiring local firemen and policemen.

Or look to your local temp service. Even if you find some college kids or other part timers you can still pay them through your temp service and they handle all the taxes, insurance , and such. Give em a call and see what they could do.
