polymeric stains

i used a new polymeric called sweep and lock and it haqs left what i see are stains on the pavers. the "stains" are like a white chalky type of residue that will not come off with water. quick advice is greatly appreciated

I think if you do a search we talked about this before.
i had that problem, it has since gone away. We didn't do anything to it. I feel it's the glue they use

I used a stiff brush and water, that seemed to take it away allitle. I don't know, I saw the job a month later and it was significantly less. Year later was gone.
