Cost of Rubber Mulch

I need to price a job using rubber mulch. I am not able to find a supplier yet, but I know there are some around. In the interest of time, can someone tell me what size bags the mulch comes in and what the cost typically is per bag?

Thanks!

We've used Rubberific, and the mulch doesn't come in bags, it comes in 1-yard cardboard boxes. Double-check this, but the price per yard, including freight, was something like $400. I've used their middle-of-the-road mulch - they have cheaper and more expensive options, as well as a fair number of colors to choose from.

Oh - and you'll have to either pick have it delivered by large truck (meaning you need something with forks to unload the pallets), or you can pick it up at the shipping company's location.

Hmm... well I have seen others which must have been a different brand in bags. I did email the rubberific people because there is a distributor near me. $400 a yard is alot!

I also have used Rubberific and you are able to get it in a 40 lb bag, as well as the containers. I don't know off the top of my head the coverage amount, however the cost picked up at a dealer in my area is $20.00 a bag for colored, and $18.00 for black.

Are you using landscape with 3% wire in the mulch or playground rubber mulch that has no wire? Is it natural (tire color) or colored brown, black or cedar red? Send me a pm I can get you a price from my supplier at way below that depending on where you are located shipping could be high. The supplier is in N.E Ohio and ships in gaylord boxes(1.5 yards) and Super sacks at 2.5 yards. yards weigh 700lbs.
