The fun thing about boxes for growers is you get a liner to plant, set it into a container, plant it up, wait for it to grow, plant that up, etc etc, or, you can get a 48" or bigger box, plant your liner and wait for it to gain size as well.

The problem with boxes in the cold is freeze. You got a 48x48" box above ground, you have to drop a heck of alot of muclh over it to keep it warm over winter, where bagged plants have the ground doing it for them.
