POTW32 Tired of white pines failing?

Last one from me for awhile...

Clay soils and poor white pine performance have led to this plant becoming a good performer for me.

PM's only please

Oh man, treedoc1, you sure are bringing the love.

I started using POTW32 last year for its sheer beauty, not realizing that it was so much more adaptable than the fickle lovely monster Eastern White Pine.

Anyway...pm sent.

60 views, only 4 guesses, one correctly.

How about some help?

Found by Peter Vanderwolf of Vermuelan Nursery in New Jersey in 1972.
Grows vigorously, about 25 inches per year (17 feet over eight years) once established.
Hardy to zone 2, original stock from Rockies
