I will be doing an 'either-or'.

Either I will be investing in another truck (but selling one in our current fleet), possibly another skid steer and trailer, or I'll be investing in land. Can't afford both without taking out a big loan.

We will be making 2 Truck purchases, Hustler Z Mower, Exmark walk behind, and seriously considering a skid steer. This is amoungst all the small equipment.

I made a purchase of a John Deere 757 Z mid mount on 9-24-03 and for all the comm. mowers I tried out J.D. has the best deck on the market, boy did it really cut down my time mowing.
When using a J.D. 725 front mount, and two walk behinds.
The 757 can cut grass fast, even when its wet. Also the dealer gave me a good deal.

We have picked up 2 used "Hino" dump trucks ..one a 5 ton and the other a 1 ton, 2002 3/4 ton and a new s220 Bobcat. We may get another Mt50 Bobcat if we can sell that little kubota articulate steering backhoe.
The way maintenance is shaping up it looks like we may need another half ton and trailer as well as a couple more mowers for that division.

I don't know if I'll be able to swing it or not but I intend to buy my Grandmothers farm from my Dad and Aunt if I can manage the loan. 102 acres that appraised for four hundred and sixteen thousand. I have offered them four hundred thousand if they let the equipment go with the farm. Wish me luck their still talking about it. My Dad wants to farm one more year so I have some time to put the deal together.
I need a trailer to haul a tractor with. I have been bidding on lawn installs and so far I have just been allowing for the cost of renting a trailer but going and getting the trailer then coming back for the tractor would be a very time consuming.
