Bringing in former employee fron Honduras

I want to help bring a former employee who went back to his country to gain entry into the USA by legal means. I am finishing the paper work needed to get started. Any experence in this process would be great.

Wish I could help you on this one but I always have brought mine in across the river, down the valley and through the briar patch.
