i pay my guys lunch, they get a half hour a day and the reason i pay for their lunch breaks is becasue when the job needs to get done they will only take a 5 or 10 min break and they take it when it is convient for the job..... i do not ask them to do this but they do it anyway i take care of my workers....when i know its going to be 95 and humid i will bring a cooler with water and poweraid... its one had washes the other......

this is true with our guys as well, most of the time they have no problem working till one if that will make things easier or if there is something we have to get done.

yea thats why i have no problem adding a few extra dollars to payroll at the end of the week....and i reality it doesnt persay come out of my pocket the clent pays for it i have a desired profit for each job i do and there extra hours do not come out of it.
