Employee Retirement Benefits

Does anyone have thoughts on a simple retirement benefit program to offer employees ( and perhaps as importantly... potential employees)? I have done a cursory bit of looking into the pros and cons of SEPs, Simples, and profit sharing options but have no experience with these so would be interested to hear what others are doing.

I would like to set up a simple, low cost plan to help keep our employees happy as well as "sweetening the pot" for potential employees.

What type of experiences have any of you had? We only have a few employees at this time but I would like that number to grow.

Thanks for any input- JEJ
