What do you use for time sheets?

Hey guys, I am looking at revamping our time sheet. Do any of you have one to mail me or post up here for some ideas?

I just buy the bulk cards at the local Office Depot/Max

Yeah, we have done that in the past, but I like to have something more industry specific.

Most of our guys are Hispanic, so I typed one up that has everything in English/Spanish and its pretty simple they can write travel hours, hours on the job, lunch etc. Then they can circle what they have done on the site that day be it shrubs, weeds, etc.

Its a bit rough, and was wondering if others had something similar with some new ideas for me.

Here is the time sheet we use for our production employees. We use this along with the work orders for tracking, but this is where they log there hours for payroll and job costing. This is actually there time sheet and all hours are billed to a certain job. We have a second time sheet for all unbillable time (equip. maintenance, shop work, etc...)
