Manager to Leader

I am looking to some of the larger companies on this site for your perception on this. Obviously, at some point a business grows to the point where the owner is no longer managing the day-to-day BS.
For those of you who have systems in place to handle the crews, accounting, etc. What does your typical day, as the leader of your business, look like? What are your responsibilities now?
