I see something in the paper every day about all of these illegal immigrants.

we use the H2B and hire off the street. I don't know who is legal or not. If we didn't have immigrant labor I think we might have to shut down our business. Would you have to shut down your business if we didn't have these immigrants to work?? I don't know what kind of workers you all have. Just wondering. Thanks

We use anybody that has half a brain. Don't need a full one as we are more than happy to find someone with just half a brain.
Our temp. labor is mostly Mexican, legal / illegal, who knows?
In either case, many of them can buy a car, register it and end up driving even though they have no license. One even produced an international license that I think he got from the inside of a cereal box. Can't quite figure that one out.
In all reality, the workforce around here stinks. Can't seem to find anyone who will think ahead or use just a tiny bit of common sense. And when i put an ad in the paper specifically requesting hardscape help, all I get is people who " are quick learners" or " I've mowed a bunch with my Uncle Bob" or " I can run me one of them there Bobcat things for ya" or " I just need a job, what is hardscaping?"
So, if you have half a brain, a smidgeon of common sense, a valid drivers license and hardscaping experience, CALL ME!!!
