Sustainability

Training and education have to be the key to consistent stable growth, but iam not sure which route to take to keep this enviorment sustainable. In other words what day? how long? which subject? At what expense should acompany budget?
I remember an article years ago in pro magazine about groundmasters in ohio having an university style training (lots of real &percieved value ) They were big back then like 10million in sales so i guess they had a dedicated budget ,employee, and system.
What are the thoughts on the green industry hub.
Does anyone have a in house system with video or power point?

To create a sustainable culture people have to be accontable to the companies sytems, operations, sales and admin procedures all of require initial and on going training. I have not done very good at these tasks or at the very least been consistent.
So if as a manager, leader,or business owner have not done the right training and some type of (testing for accountability purposes)how can i expect to creat Aquality sustainable enviorment.

What are you currently doing, what do you want to improve on and have you set up anything in your budget for training in house or offsite at a show or something?
