Unlike the majority of you, I am not in the green industry. I own a franchise of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Massachusetts. However, our company's operations nearly mirror that of your industry. I gain quite a bit of wisdom and information from this forum. Thanks for having me.
Now, to the question. We have 10 F/T and 7 or 8 P/T employees. 1 P/T admin person, as well as my wife and me. We have five trucks and are on track to purchase one or two more this Spring. We recently expanded our territories and plan to add to our staff and fleet as well.
