I would encourage all of you to take a look at the COMPASS website and talk to Rob Shauger or myself about what the system is and does.

I have known Rick Carver since 2000 and he is a fantastic business man, and knows how to make money, and how to have a great life balance.

I have been a guest in Ricks home several times, and have traveled with him during COMPASS business. His system of operating a landscape business has turned around struggling business's, and brought levels of operational efficency and profits many companys only dream of. I say this because it is true and I have seen and worked the financials to back it up.

Pesonally, Rick has invited my 2 sons to spend Thanksgiving with his family, as they are close to him this holiday season in their postings in the Marine Corps. For that I am gratefull and should tell you what level of charecter Rick has.

I currently have no financial connection to COMPASS and I am not currently paid to say or do anything about the company. I have in the past because I believe in the process, and I operate my landscape company under this system. I personally can say if you operate under this system, and you get going and then you deviate from it, you will notice NEGATIVE changes in your business.

There is an element in this system that relates to personal life as well. Not to many 'BUSINESS" systems have that element in it.
