HE IS FIRED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased $1,500 in materials on my account (he paid cash and got my discount)

He drove my vehicle which I insure.

He used my gas

He used my tools
He got my boot in his

Dragonfly, That goes way beyond what I was allowing.
Using your account for side work is unacceptable.

This is why i joined. Similar situation.

I've got a guy who I let do side stuff. He might use a tiller, trimmer and rent it for cash. He's a design/sales guy with commission on top of base. Sometimes instead of cutting a commission check, I'll just let him buy supplies on acct for a side job (he doesn't get a 1099 & I don't pay fica on it.) Kind of a "barter".

I'm way too nice and forgiving. WE only work m-f and my reason was so guys could have time with their families and not burn out. However, if they're just gonna keep working on the weekend then why not for me. I may jsut revise our working hrs. Hey, if they don't have the time to do a side job then I guess they ust couldn't do it.
