1st Quarter Checks...
Coming up on the end of first quarter here and some checks to look at :
Review your estimate to actual support hours. Make sure that what you are estimating for support times are what you are actually getting. We were off by 8% on bid to actual, so I am looking to improve a lot real fast....This number eats net profit big time....
Look at labor percentage to gross sales and add that support number to see your actual labor percentage....we were too high...
Look at total hours paid versus total hours billed.....
