At-a-boy

The truck cops hauled me over for the first time this year, well actually for the first time since I started last May. I got lucky last year, I'll probably have 2 or 3 more roadside inspections done this year. It probably didn't hurt that it was at 4:55 pm, but I got my first at-a-boy stickers ever. No lights out, brakes work and all my paperwork was in order. She gave me a sticker for the truck and one for the trailer that should save me the 20 minute inspection if they pull me over in the next few weeks. Ive been driving commercial vehicles for 18 years and this is the first time I ever got an at-a-boy sticker. My ducks must be lining up nicely now or maybe it was my rugged good looks. Who knows?

Congrats!

Do we need to mention to the boss that you've been flirting with the truck cops?

I think the warden will be cool with it, seeing how I didn't get any fines.

Isn't great when you have a good looking rig with everything working and the paper work done.
