Insurance coverage

I'm just wonder what everybody's opinion is on how much insurance coverage they should have. I myself am running with 2 mil liability insurance. I'm not sure that is enough, right now its just my self and I but in the future there will be employees etc. Whats your thoughts?

Dire Wolf is an unknown quantity at this point
We have 1mil rider in auto liability and an umbrella of 1mil. Our buisness is also incorpoated to help insulate personal assets. With 7 employees in 18 years we have not had any issues. If you are in this for any time at all, Incorporate and become an employee of the company, this helps seperate the liability from your personal assets.
