shamrock New maintenance proposal help

I have a new maintenance proposal for a large condo community
in my area. I have maintenance contracts for small apartment and condo propertys but none as large as this. This an upscale property and I want it. Any suggestions on how to bid.
I am still a green horn with ten years in business.

Matt Kulp is on a distinguished road
When you say large, how many buildings and what acreage are we talking. Also, what services are going to be performing and what is the service schedule?
