shamrock Maintenance Help

I have started property maintenance residential and commerical
and also do only cutting. The problem I am having is keeping control of the hours the two man crew works. Two men cost me
58.00 per hour with overhead and everything else included.
These guys can cut 3 lawns per hour on average minimum 35.00
per lawn. Maintenance two times per-month on half the propertys
is good, but just cutting looks like its not worth the work.

Still learning the way, but gettin better by the minute. Thanks for your help.

What's the problem? Sounds like your making good money on thier time if you have enough work to keep them busy.

$105 for $58 in labor and over head.......that's good

But is the $35 for the every other week cutting? If so what are you charging for every week cutting?
