I just bought a new 928D from grasshopper and was having a small problem with it, and after talking to my local dealer and grasshopper rep (to no avail), i decided to send them an email. So im thinkin within 2-3 days id hear back from them..... Barely 2 hrs later i was on the phone with a guy from Grasshopper, he called to get some details and as i had figured there was a quick and easy fix to my problem!! Neways just wanted to commend grasshopper on the quick and friendly response!! Guess i was just stunned that they actually called that quick!?

If that's indicative of how there company handles after sales service, that's great. Then again it might just be a reflection of the employee that handled the inquiry.

runs down hill... that is one of the best and fastest ways to get help with an equipment problem.

Contact the manufacturer direct and raise hell. They will be on the phone to the locals so fast....
