As a result, I put together an extended warranty program for new lawn installations, titled Lawn Development Program to try and avoid the problems arising from new lawn installations and to formalize the follow up service offer for new lawn installs.
I will begin selling it this spring when proposing new seed/sod lawn installations. The details are listed on our website which I'm happy to share here. Since I gained from this site, I thought I'd give it back by posting it here. I'm open to hearing any suggestions for improvement.
