What are you trying to accomplish with this software?

Also, do a search on the subject, it has had quite a bit of time on the site.

I use Quickbooks Pro. I'm not sure how much it "simplifies" things, but my books are much more in order than they were back in the days of pen and paper.

We bought QXpress and are in the learning process of putting it in place for the spring. It works on the back end of the Quick Books data base, so it's seemless from inputting the completed work to invoicing. It appears to do quite a bit if we set it up correctly. It will do scheduling, invoicing, job costing, etc. Check out their website.

I second QXpress. I was using clip what a JOKE! That software is ridiculous.

QXpress is the way it needs to be done, nice and easy. We use QXpress Platinum, and QB Pro 06.

Good luck!
