Well We can finally get a Nights Sleep--Nice & cool nights--Gee what a Heat wave! So Muggy We couldn*t Sleep--all the Animals laying around Panting for Breath--summers comming to its END!--5 AM & the Grounds covered w/ DEW!--every thing Here Wet--Trees are Loaded w/ Leaves--WE have to WAIT until 10 AM or so to MOW!--& that Makes for a Long DAY!-Been Mowing after 5 PM--Too Hot during the DAY!--I*M getting OLD I Guess!--Sweat?--gets in My EYES--Tried a Head Band--but its Easyer to STOP & Wipe it Off!-- WE lucked out?-just got a Realtors Contract--a Rrealtor saw Us Working & Stopped & chatted! asked US to GO Look at Three Homes! & give HIM a Price!--all three Homes had NOT been Mowed in weeks?--Grass 2 ft Tall--WE knew it would Be hard to DO!--had to be Mowed & Racked--WE did ONE!-Mowed & Racked It-Trimmed the ever Greens & Line Cut the Drive Way & walk way--& I rototiled the Edges--Looked Pretty Good!--He stopped By & We chatted--I Charged Him by the Hour!--He Never Battered an EYE!--OK!!--YOU both did a Good JOB!--& He handed ME a CHECK--I was a little Surprised?-as the CHECK was for MORE than I had Billed Him For!--YOU going to DO the Next One Tommorrow?--YUP!--theres some Rubbish out Back--YOU Haul it OFF & I*LL PAYY You Extra!--WE don*t have a Dump Permit--Give ME Your Co name & I*ll pick One UP fo YA!--its $18.00 --OK! I*LL be right Back!-- & any Dumping Fees? just Add it to Your Bill! & Don*t Forget Your Time at the Dump!--& when He returned! He Surprised US Again--Heres Your Dump Permit--& I have been Looking for a Small Crew to DO ALL my Homes & You Both Do Good Jobs--as I couldn*t Do any Better Myself--YOU Do E*M All like This ONE? YES! OK! heres My DEAL!--SON You meet ME here at 9 AM tomorrw morning! & I*M going to BUY YOU a NEW John Deere--RIDER!--JIM You start the Next Home just UP the Street--WE should be Back by 10 AM--or So? YOU Both GO & Load UP the Rubbish! So JIM can GO Dump it before WE get Back w/ the NEW Rider!--as YOU Fellers have the JOB of Doing all my HOMES!--& each week I*LL Pay YOU both a Bonus!--WHY? are You doing all this?-Simple!--DO You know? I assume I should Explain?--Our litle Lawn Care business is NOT Mine!--& the Young Feller Don*t work for ME!-Hes My Partner!--WE Work tegether & Split whatever WE Make? right down the Middel-!/2 & 1/2--He did GO w/ the Realtor & Got a NICE Big John Deere w/a 48 inch Cut--& all the Accessories--& New loading ramps--to Load with--& Its PAID in FULL-in our Cos Name--So it builds Up our Gredit Rating!--I DONO? Why the Realtor is doing all this for Us??--but-He can be Assured!--WE will NOT take Advantage of Him in the Future!--as He also gave US the Keys to His ShoP where all His Signs & equipment are!--& He gave the young feller a Cell Phone so WE can Call Hinm if? WE need any thing?--WE finished the Rubbish Home Today! &it was NOT all that Bad!--I just Got home!--11:45 PM--Long Day! the Young feller is a really Nice KID--if? thats what You Call a 26 yr old?--Hes Clean & a Hard worker! & Honest as the Day is LONG-- I Dono? about You Guys?-but--I feel pretty Good knowing I have Helped a very Nice young Man get Started in this Business!--& in meeting His MOM!--I was Informed that His DAD Died when He was just a Baby! & He has No Realitives She knows about?? & when I first took Him ON & He saw that I split all the Money 1/2 & 1/2 & especially when YOU Fixed His Trailer!--He knew YOU were Honest! & Hes a Worker!--just like His DAD! & He really likes YOU as No One ever Did anythng for Him Before!-- & He Slipped Yesterday?-telling ME! that {Grampy} was Loaded w/ Rubbish & going to the DUMP! & was going to Meet HIM & the Reator at Rubbish House! after they Got the New Rider!--& She Smiled!--the SMILE of a Mothers Approval?--I guess? the Ole Saying is TRUE!--Use Others as YOU would Like to be Used!--& every thng will turn Out just FINE!-- I know! I*M working w/One very Happy Young Feller!-He will Never Get Screwed over by ME!--Ole JIM
