Gotta do the whole yard, Jimbo.
If the grass is growing as fast as you say, the back yards will be exponentially more difficult to cut later, and the cut will be sloppy.
Consider hiring some temp. help 'til the grass slows down in the heat of summer (isn't that now?) or get rid of you lowest paying or least favorite account.
If you're mulching, maybe bag the clippings or discharge them and pick them up. Work even later.

Start to finish... Theres no point in spending twice the fuel to go back and mow the back yard. What kinda mowers are you running ?

Wow. Out here in Utah, it's like 103 degrees every day with fifteen percent humidity. Or so it seems. The grass has all but stopped growing, as has just about everything else. Not dead, just dormant.
In the spring, for instance, Thursdays would take until eight o'clock to finish. Today I was done at 2:30. Same money, more or less. True, we start alot earlier. We paint stuff, build stuff, repair stuff, etc. with the extra time. The heat ain't so bad when the air is so dry.
Drink up!
