Fixed or floating decks?

Which do you preferr and for what reason....I am in a bind I don't know if buying a fixed deck will do a good enough job on the properties that I am going to maintain...all the properties are very hilly and lots of ledge, rocks sticking out everywhere..what would you suggest

Floating, because you won't scalp as much. If you have that many hills and contours, a fixed will never work.
