questn SCAG Walk-Behind Prices?

I'm looking at buying a new walk-behind for my business as a back-up/gate accessible mower. I was curious if anyone knew how much a new Scag 32" and 36" belt-drive walk-behind would cost.

Intial cost is copasetic.

With a Scag, the repairs and down time will kill you.

I purchased a 36" Hydro stat advantage deck 4 yrs ago and would not trade it gor anything in the world. I have only replaced 1 spendel on it and that has been the "ONLY" repair. I use this mower about 40% of the time. Holds hills great, great finish cut and good for mowing tall grass. Also stripes great. When this one dies I will be buying another one. As far as price I payed About $3400.00 that included the sulkey which is a must have also. Talk to dealer about previous year stock and what kind of discount for Cash sale, that can save you a little.

Regardless of what you buy, go hydro over belt. The extra 1K you spend will be worth every penny.

If I was in the walk nehind market again, I would look at Snapper, Exmark, Bobcat. There may be one or two others, but those would be on my short list.
