Pine Needle Placement Cost

I need help with pricing pine needles. If a bale costs roughly 3.50, how much do I upcharge per bale and do I also add an hourly charge for putting the bales out? Also need help on flower planting in the same way, how much per flat plus hourly charge.

i get it for 3.50-4.00 per bale and charge $10/bale installed including the straw.......you can put out alot of straw in a short amount of time.
