Spring is really rather stressful trying to renew contracts and finding new work for the maintenance division … I like the ones that tender out in the fall but don’t have many of them..Ive managed to renew just about everyone from last year. Lost about 3k worth of work and to tell you the truth they were a pain in the butt anyway.
Just when I was starting to get really down about not been able to take the maintenance up a notch I was able to sell over 43k of NEW contracts (summer maintenance) so far this week. One of them I have been after for 3 years. Some weeks aren’t so bad.
