Sidewalk edging

Does anyone have a price per linear foot for sidewalk edging?
I have a total of 3481 ft of sidewalk that needes edged on both sides. On walk is 2448 ft and the other is 1033 ft.
Any input would be helpful. Thanks

I will be using a 3 wheeled edger.
My wife bought it for me for Christmas so I haven't used it yet.

I'll have to agree with you that he is very lucky. To help you out Robert what kind of edging is going to be used??? And did you estimate the time that this will take you to do?? What kind of edger is it? Sounds good!!

Robert.....my first question would be what is the condition of the existing edge i.e. has it been edged before?? If not it's going to take a lot longer than if it has been edged in the past or if its really overgrown onto the walk.
Your looking at an issue of time. How long do you think it's going to take? If your not sure take that edger out on your walk and drive and time how long it takes to do and factor in the condition relative to the condition of the place your looking at. Hope that gives you some help. ??

p.s include the time and cost involved of changing out blades...I bet you go thru 5 or more.
