04 ASV RC50 idler replacement

Looking for recomendations on idler replacement. Time to start with my rear idlers and have one middle bogey that the rubber just chipped right off.

Saw some ads for the aluminum replacements and also saw a thread on thier not really worth the $.

Anyone know the pricing on either and recomendations..

thanks
Braxton

Not worth the money? They're half the price of the plastic idlers and they have grease fittings. They were $160 each plus bearings and races which I bought locally for about $75 for all four sets.

If your axles are good installation is easy. Getting the track back on isn't. On our 257 the bearing went bad on the inside idler and we had to replace the axle, not a fun job. You should check that before ordering the idlers. I did have to by new grease seals from cat so they were not cheap.
