Ditch Witch Zahn R300

I am interested in purchasing a DW Zahn R300 with the high lift tool carrier and bucket. I plan to use this machine to move mulch, stone, soil on sensitive turf surfaces. I am thinking the articulating steering will be less disruptive than a track type mini skid steer (like the sk650). Anyone have any feedback on the Zahn? Thank you.
