Soil Shredders WTB/Info

Hello all, I am looking to purchase a machine to shred/pulverize/blend/screen topsoil. Wondering if anyone has or knows of any for sale. So far am looking at the Royer and Lindig brands in the size of 40-60yds per hour. Those brands seem to be about all that is out there in my price range of under 20k.
Also if anyone knows of things to look for or stay away from let me know. Thanks much for your help.
