i just got a bunton zero turn mower new uesd it 2 times & it is turfing up the lawn i have to stop & do a three point turn with it i also have an x mark witch i can turn at full speed & no turfing problem they both have the same brand tire the only difference that i found was the bunton tire is 8.5 & the x mark is 9.0 the tire pressure is correct on both mowers will the 1/2 " make that big of a difference & cause it to turf the grass ?????

When you turn are you leaving one tire stationary?

If so...the best results are acheived by having both tires moving; one in reverse and the other forward for the turn...which creates a "zero" turn (imagine a big "O" with the wheels).
