bobcat mt52

I have a problem with my skid steer. the boom at about 30 degrees sticks in the down stroke. bobcat doesnt know for sure what the problem is but ruled out a bent hydraulic. if the boom islifted higher it releases or if the bucket is dropped. any ideas will help .

Does it maintain good pressure up to that point with loads? Do you have a turbo on that? Tried it with it on and off(the turbo) ?

I had a simular problem with a excavator years ago and after much toying, found a small piece of debrie in the valve bank I would start by flushing the hydralic system and checking control valves . Never hurts to start basic...
