Snag-free Work Boots

Been having problems lately with boot laces snagging branches, usually cut branches lying on the ground. Know of any good workboots that close with wide velcro straps? Any other suggestions to halp with my problem?

Take a look at the bottom pair of lace holes. Do the laces come up from the bottom or in from the top? The extra space may be part of the problem.

Also, are the loops pretty big? I never wear shorts (severe pasty leg syndrome), so my jeans always cover the loops, but the loops can really snag the brush.

Hope this helps.

There are always Justin Ropers. They go good with a good turkey platter sized silver buckle as well. I always liked a good python boot but never had the nuggets to own a pair (of python boots).

wrap your boots up with duct tape when you are doing that kind of work.

Tape or roll the extra sock over the loop. Double knots don't work anymore?
