saw primers

My son asked me why don't cut off saws have primers. Almost every 2 stroke motor that I use has a primer bulb. I can't think of any cut off saw that does. Seeing that I regularly run these saws out of gas, it would make it a lot easier to start after refueling if there was a primer bulb.
