Pondliner Cutting Tool

This fall I attended a build-a-pond day and saw one of the contractors with a tool that resembled an oversized pull type letter opener. It also had replaceable blades. I never got a chance to talk to him and find out where he got it. Has anyone ever seen or used this tool? And if so where can I find one?

Thanks treedoc that Wyoming knife might work but thats not it. I have one of those I use for hunting. The one I saw was red and there was no exposed blade on top. It also has a much narrower opening on the bottom.

There's replaceable razor blades that will fit into most razor knives that is used for cutting shingles and has a razor sharp hook on the end. You pull it towards you to cut. Seems like it would be perfect to cut a pond liner.
