Gehl 6635 value?? or blue book price??

Hi,
I am a newbie homeowner here. My neighbor has a Gehl 6635 that I think I would like to buy, but don't know how to find out what it is worth. It has only a bucket and forks on it. It has been periodically maintained by the dealer, and seems to be in pretty good shape.... it appears ready to go to work. I realize it may be bigger than I need, but I would rather go that way than too small. If anyone can help be get a ballpark value on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

The 66's are a horse of a machine. We've ran the 48's for years.
Model year? Options?

Major things like aux hydraulics (which is normally standard but still considered an option- and are they foot controlled or T-bar controlled); tracks; floor throttle. Standard materials bucket?

Minor things like a horn; back up beeper and mirrors. Little rinky dink things but they add a little value nonetheless. You might also check the transport weight. If I remember correctly the 66's are fairly heavy. Doesn't pertain to value I know, but you want to be sure you can move it safely.

We have a 6635 with two sets of weight kits on it, one on the bumper, one on each side of the back (two pieces making one set), putting the weight around 8,000. So yeah, trailering should be a consideration - no way you'll be able to get that thing onto a 10,000# trailer, which means you'll probably need a CDL to pull the thing around.

Well it has 650 hrs. It does have the aux hydrolics, that are t bar controled once you flip a lever to activate the aux. It does have the foot throttle, but no mirrors, back-up beeper or horn. It is about 5 years old. It has only the standard bucket, and a set of forks, thats about it.

Thanks for bringing up the transport weight, but I really am not planning on trailering it (that means only the close neighbors will be able to get their odd jobs done! ).

So is there any type of appraisal book for equipment out there??
Thanks
