I have a 60 inch lazer and i am wondering if anyone has a quick method for getting under the deck to change out blades.

We used to use a car hoist. Best investment you can make for your shop. Drive up, lift the machines, or trucks, dump oils, change blades, clean the deck, weld, etc.

Save all you used oil, dump it into a 300 gallon tank and run a waste oil heater from oil you changed free of charge. Another great way that works well is to dig a pit, make sure it is well vented, drive over the rails, climb down the stairs, do everything standing up. If your budget constraints won't allow either of these, make some ramps, drive up, block the wheels and do the deed.

I lift the machine up by the front spindles (would make a good event in World's Strongest Landscaper competition), then slide a jack stand underneath. Doing it solo is a little strenuous. Usually one guy slides the jack stand, while the other lifts. For scraping, we either do the same, or drive one wheel up the trailer gate and scrape one half at a time.
